Berbatov open to PSG switch
Dimitar Berbatov's proposed exit from Man United looks ever more likely after his agent confirmed the striker would consider PSG.
Dimitar Berbatov's proposed move away from Manchester United looks ever more likely after his agent confirmed the striker would consider joining Paris Saint-Germain.
Berbatov, who was the Premier League's top scorer in the 2010/11 campaign, has failed to command a starting berth in his four-year tenure at Old Trafford.
Having started only five league games in the recently concluded campaign, the 31-year-old claimed he is on look out for a new club, as "it is clear" he has no future with the Red Devils.
With Champions League-bound PSG having previously shown interest in the Bulgarian's services, Berbatov's representative Emil Danchev believes a move to the cash-rich Parisians is an option.
Danchev told French radio station RMC: "In the press, there are many speculations regarding Dimitar.
"But the truth is, that PSG's project can really interest him because he wants to play the Champions League next year.
"Plus, there has never been a Bulgarian player at PSG, so it could be good."
