Chiefs duo cleared of match-fixing charges
Kaizer Chiefs duo Kingston Nkhatha and Lincoln Zvasiya have been cleared of match-fixing charges by the Zimbabwe Football Association.
Eleven players were on Wednesday found not guilty of throwing matches played in Asia between 2007 and 2009.
Nkhatha and Zvasiya have both been called up for the Warriors squad to play Angola in a 2013 African Cup of Nations qualifier in Luanda next week.
Chiefs midfielder Willard Katsande, Ajax Cape Town's Khama Billiat, and Moroka Swallow's Oscar Machapa were also cleared of the same charges five months ago.
However, several players still participating in the PSL are suspended. Those include Maritzburg United striker Cuthbert Malajila, Wits defender Thomas Sweswe, and Mamelodi Sundowns pair Method Mwanjali and Nyasha Mushekwi, as well as Chiefs' Zhaimu Jambo.
