Barcelona attacker Isaac Cuenca expects to play a key role for the Catalans under new head coach Tito Vilanova.
Cuenca made his full debut under departed boss Pep Guardiola last term, with Vilanova - formerly Guardiola's assistant - assuring the 21-year-old he still has a future at Camp Nou.
"Every coach is different. They all want a certain kind of player, but Tito has said he's counting on me, so I'm happy," Cuenca told Barca's official website.
Cuenca, who netted twice in 16 outings in 2011/12, is currently recovering from a knee injury that ruled him out of Spain's London Olympics squad. Naturally, he is eager to regain full health.
"The most important thing is for my knee to get better. I hope to be fit as soon as possible and be able to help the team play some good games," he said.
